Shipping & Delivery


Needless Necessities ships all over the world. If the shippers can find you, we can too. However, the Web site is not set up for all of the international shipping options available to us.... YET! More options are coming soon.

Currently, this Web site ships merchandise to locations within the United State and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, this Web site ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Merchandise purchased with the local pick up shipment option, MUST be picked up within 3 days of order. After that time, the merchandise will be returned to inventory, and a 15% restock fee will apply. Any monies remaining will be either given as an in-store credit, or credited back to the account orginally used to purchase the merchandise.




Sales Tax


Needless Necessities charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the base location. Shipping and handling charges are charged applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped. All sales tax, shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the purchasing agent.





Return Policy


You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any of the payment options listed. Needless Necessities reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Merchandise returns must receive approval from Needless Necessities, prior to return; within 7 days of receipt of product. Write, email or call the store directly for return approval prior to making a return. All applicable shipping charges to return merchandise will be at the customers expense. All returns MUST be made within 10 days of original receipt of item purchased. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received. Any evidence of product use, will void return policy. A 15% restock fee may apply, and will be determined at time of return. Any monies remaining will be either given as an in-store credit, or credited back to the account orginally used to purchase the merchandise. In-store credit(s) must be used within 30 days of reciept.
